Data we collect

Through the consultation form we collect: name, email, phone number, tax residency, consultation purpose, wealth range, time horizon, preferred contact channel and any notes you choose to send.

How we use it

Exclusively to arrange your consultation and allow an advisor to contact you. An internal prioritisation score routes your request to the appropriate advisor. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

Legal basis and international transfer

Processing is based on your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). Data may be transferred to our Swiss office; Switzerland is recognised for its high standard of data protection.

Measurement tools

We use analytics events (Google Tag Manager / Meta) to measure campaign performance. These events do not include your contact details.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the contact channel indicated on this page.
